You need to smudge the horse, duplicate the layer and smudge then lower to 40% opacity and it'll look great!
Try grounding, right now the horse looks like it is walking on the air XD
Lighting is also a thing you could work on, The light is coming from the top right hand corner in this background 
Finally, You should try redrawing the horse's hair, eye(s), and hooves.
